Every MOT I have experienced, at Halfords Auto Centres, has lasted roughly 1 to 1.5 hours, so fully expected to pick vehicle up for around lunch time.

Waited in all day finally getting a phone call at around 4pm.

I came to the conclusion that either the car was put to one side all day, even though I purposefully booked it in for 10am, or the car was completed on time but no one could be bothered to phone me.

Not great customer service, in my humble opinion.”
