We stopped at three unhelpful garages en route to no avail despite offering to have the tyre replaced. The team at Aylesford were very helpful and friendly, the car was put up on the ramp and the operative explored the problem only to find it was on the shoulder which precluded any repair. No charge was made; great service.”

“Went to Aylesford garage for MOT. Have been failed. When mechanic came out have asked him why it failed and been told that tyres need changing when in fact they have failed it due to issue with engine. They have told me they don't know what the issue is as it could be 2 different things and have advised me to fix the most expensive part first which would cost me over £400 which in fact could be not the problem and only sensor needs to be changed. First they tell me that it's the tyres when it's actually the engine now they want me to pay them over £400 for something that possibly doesn't need changing. They don't know what they doing. All they interested in is getting as much money of you as they can.”

“I walked in without an appointment with a flat tyre, instantly they asked me how they couldn?t help and what my issue was, they were making jokes and keeping the spirit up with was EXACTLY what I needed, as I was stressed out! They then asked me to sit down and relax, they would look at my car in 5 minutes, which they did, and then once they knew it needed a new tyre and we agreed it was ok, the tyre was on and car back out the front before I knew it! It was fantastic! I would highly recommend them, and I would definitely go back again!”

“The MOT was carried out very thoroughly. The issue I had was with the booking system. I booked online. Received an email with confirmation. Arrived at the garage at 10am (as per email). The staff at the reception didn?t have the booking on their system. I showed them the email but they didn?t have anything showing in their computer. Luckily Shane and his team managed to fit me in that lunchtime. Which was a great help as I?d taken a day off to get car sorted. Thanks again Aylesford Branch. Booking system needs some attention.
