“My 5 stars is based on one fitter at Bathwick Tyres – Team Protyre Max. Amazing guy good fitter and fantastic knowledge. He turned my car around in 1 hour amazing!! I will use aging if Max is still there. They need to sort there manager out there as he has no customer service skills at all. If the company wants to contact me about this I will explain all. But everyone ask for max he won't let you down.”

“I arrived to drop off my key as I had already booked my MOT in. There were two guys behind the counter, the first one was sat there and didn't look up once despite me standing right in front of him for two minutes (he was on his phone) and the other guy was busy on the computer. I assumed that perhaps this guy perhaps didn't work there that's why he didn't see if he could help. Eventually the one who was on the computer asks if he can help, I say I have an MOT and he points to his colleague saying that he was the man for MOTs – his colleague was still far too busy on his phone clearly. I sort of shrugged my shoulders to say he clearly isn't interested and left my keys with them. I returned later to pick up the car and no surprise the 'MOT guy' was sat in the same spot on his phone! I had only used this garage once before when they fitted some tires for me. No issue with them, just the poor attitude of the 'MOT guy'.”

When I brought the car in a few days later, it turned out that a third tyre was also towards need of replacement, so I had to go back a few days later to have that one replaced. If it had been diagnosed, on my first visit, that three needed replacing, I could have avoided having to go a third time.”
