“When I went into the reception area to ask for the new tyre, I had to ask the person serving a few times to repeat themselves. I am hard of hearing, and the server was mumbling. When I asked him to repeat himself his eyes rolled and he didn't seem to like being asked to say what he had said again. This was highly frustrating. It would have been much better if they could speak more clearly for those of us with hearing issues.

Other than that it was a quick change and they didn't make up jobs to do as they do at other tyre fitters.”
