“I had a TPMS sensor failure on the right front of my car. I contacted Protyres, got a next morning appointment, and the sensor was replaced. The service was excellent from start to finish and the help from the tall tyre fitter deserves a commendation. I have used Bathwick/Protyres a few times before and would always be my first choice. Recommended!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable, although slow. It took me 2 hours to have 4 tyres fitted.
Once I had left, I discovered that my steering wheel was no longer ?centred? when driving in a straight line and it was too late for me to go and get it rectified. I had this fixed in Bristol”

“I cannot knock the price or work… but arrived on a busy Saturday Morning having been told an appointment had been made to find this was not the case. There were also numerous other customers in the office that had also been told they had an appointment when none had in fact been made. This resulted in quite a delay.”

“My van failed its MOT because of a cut in the front tyre. I was offered a free re-test within 10 days. I was quoted for the front tyres but no offence was taken when I ordered them from Black Circles and had them fitted by Bathwick Tyres (Protyres) 3 days later. Protyres then passed my vehicle at no extra cost. Great service, great value and very convenient.”

“Had two front tyres changed. Once the fitter had completed the work he asked me to accompany him due to rear tyres being not legal to drive, this because one had a slash on inside and the other because tread worn on one side due to wheel alignment.

Slow leaking new tyre, no puncture, valve OK, rim OK, tyre took off wheel and found that a previous car dealer had damaged the inner rim of the tyre when replacing a tyre at its MOT. New tyre fitted and all OK. Great fast response and good result. Old new tyre taken back to dealer for hopefully a refund !”
