“I have always used Bathwick tyres in Bathwick Tyres – Team Protyre added newport but i will not be using them again!.. I visited there 2 weeks ago to have 2 new tyres fitted and was waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes!! When i was initially told 15 minutes. The guy who served me was polite and courteous yet there were 2 in the workshop who seemed to just stand talking and 2 guys in reception area stood talking for the majority of the time that i was there. They were not very busy, there was 1 person infront of me and their car was in the workshop area, yet by the time i left there were 5 people waiting to be served and the 2 said gents stood talking in reception, didn't even acknowledge the people waiting. So, sorry to say i will not be taking my custom there again!!”

Having priced the tyres I required on-line (Asda), Bathwick price matched them and I arranged a date to fit them.
I brought the car in for the fitting and was immediately offered a free coffee.

Booked the tyres around six weeks prior to needing replacement due to specific size and wanting matching performance tyres:- no problem at all and ready to fit when I turned up! Took great care whilst fitting low profile alloys which to me says a lot about the service.
They were also matched price wise to anything online so very happy.”

“I had tyres, tracking, wishbone brushes and rear suspension springs replaced. There were a few problems but the guys kept me updated and did their best to rectify the problems as quickly and as near to the original price as possible.

“Good facilities. I needed my tyre changed in a hurry, I explained this. The gentleman said yes he could do it straight away. He proceeded to put my car in the garage, and the see to other customers for 20mins W before even taking my tyre off! Luckily I made my appointment on time… I would have popped back later, had he have just said it was busy! Rather than stress me out!”

A minor issue would be the drinks machine in reception which contained a huge choice of fizzy drinks and good selection of hot drinks but on a day where temperatures were well into the 30s there was no sign of any bottled water at all let alone of the chilled variety…as someone who doesn't drink fizzy drinks this seemed strange to me.”
