Couldn't go back to garage straight away because of time factor. When my girlfriend took the car back to get your staff to check it again. He confirmed that the tracking was still out and had to do again.
Would expect more from a garage such as yourselves. But must say your staff members were 100% honest and very polite people. Just needs some better on the floor management (as we all know mistakes happen)

“We have used bath wick for tyres for some years and they are always helpful but my golf has a persistent problem with loss of pressure esp in one wheel that they never fix. This was replaced with new tyre but had only pressure of 9 after 2 days. We put in air and went straight to Barhwick but they were not particularly interested and said there would be a 45 min wait to be seen. We were en route to London so couldn?t hang around. It was disappointing that they didn?t seem to care that the tyre they just fitted had gone flat . I think I?ll use our local garage in future.”
