“Bathwick Tyres – Team Protyre branch of Bathwick tyres.
Appointment slot1030 to 1130. Arrived before 1030. Told there would be a 20 minute delay. Got away at 1150.
Two tyres fitted. Pressure should be 32 psi. Checked when I got home. One was 38,.5, the other 36.
Incorrect oressures can be a factor that police will consider in thd event of an accident.
Emailed protyres to complain. Was told that that manager had been contacted, would investigate and contact me.

“I had a puncture from a nail/screw through one of my rear tyres and went to Bathwick to get it assessed. Unfortunately, as shown to me by the mechanic, it was not able to be repaired and not wanting different tyres at the back I was given a good price for a pair and they were promptly fitted.”

“Booked in for a replacement nearside front tyre @ 14.00 hrs car not seen until 14.40 hrs price given for tyre which was worn on outside edge, asked for the tracking to be looked at no price given, car returned @ 16.00hrs asked if tracking had been looked at and was told they had not, I then asked for the tracking to be done which took approx another 1hr still no price given, I would have thought that as the tyre was worn on one side the tracking would have been the obvious thing to check next, still no price given. When paying I was surprised to see that each tracking adjusted was charged as a separate item. This year I have had three new tyres on my vehicle two in march and one in may and have spent £400 with you and I have to say that the standard of service has dropped. I have been a customer for a number of years with bathwick and never had to make a complaint before but felt the level of service on these two visits was poor.”
