“Not knowing anything about car engines or tyres but knew I probably had a puncture, I went into my local Bathwick and as usual had fantastic service from the two young men there. Very friendly, and had a little chat while tyres were being done. They even fixed my inside light. As for the cost – I have no idea . I've been to them before and I know from recommendations from other people that their prices are good. Will go back again if I have to, but I hope that's not too soon!”

“There are three other tyre depots within a few hundred metres. A few months ago I called in for a new tyre, they didn't have the size in stock but I was told it would be in the next day. Rather than wait I could have gone to one of the aforementioned other depots. However, because of the previous excellent service I have had, I willingly waited and went back the next day and purchased the tyre. This says it all about customer satisfaction.”
