“Initially a very good experience. Very helpful, polite and informative customer facing staff with great technical knowledge – not just receptionists. The jobs were competed in good time and I was on my way, however my alignment wasn't done correctly so I had to take it back. When I returned after an hour or so no questions were asked and they looked at it right away for me. After the second procedure I again drove away however it still wasn't right, again there was no hesitation in them saying they would have another look again but I took back a few days later (just after Christmas). On the third visit again no questions were asked and it was checked and adjusted for the third time, and it was third time lucky. This has not put me off and I would not hesitate using them again as the way in which my problems were dealt with were extremely professional. I would also like to add that the customer service was excellent throughout, Stuart is a real credit to the business,”

All credit to them, though, they did manage to source the tyres from other stores, however this did mean I had to move the appointment to the next day. After a further 8,000 miles, the tyre began to lose a bit more pressure so I decided to go back and have it replaced. The staff at CPT couldn't have been more helpful on both visits – I won't hesitate to go back in future for new tyres.”
