“I purchased tyres. I said I only wanted tyres. I was told by multiple staff I needed tracking done. I told 4 different staff after they spoke to each other I only wanted tyres and that was it. I felt stupid as they all told me what was needed but didn?t listen to what I wanted.”

“The staff were very helpful but from my previous dealings with the store when I found the prices very competitive so I had not done a price comparison before my visit. When getting home and filing my invoice, I checked my previous invoice from June 2018 (BS228728) for the same tyres, they were £276 for two tyres, fitted and balanced. this time the cost was £320, nearly 16% increase.”

“had four tyres fitted and balanced, the also booked an mot. Tyres are fine and price was ok, balancing I'm not 100% happy with as I have vibrations between 60 – 80mph that wasn't there before. Car failed the MOT on a leaky exhaust gasket, I asked the MOT guy to order me a new one and re book me in for a retest. They called me back and said that they couldn't get a gasket. We agreed that if I got the gasket he would install before the retest. It took my about 2 mins and £1.95 to order the gasket. Car back in then for MOT and passed.

Team are friendly and approachable, waiting room is fine, although id prefer to hang around the car and chat with the guys, but I also understand the health and safety rules.”
