“The first time I called I saw Paul, he dealt with my requirements quoted for a new tyre and ordered it, he told me it would be in the next day
All good so far!
I called the next day it was very busy and hard to know if I was being served or not I was just guided to a parking space and left to my own devices
So I left, and came back the next day
When I returned!
Somebody did approach me and said he would change the tyre where the car was parked
So I waited for the tyre to be changed and for the paperwork to be done
I did get my bill eventually but it wasn?t prompt, I did stand up a few times to see you was happening
So I left with my new tyre at £230, Only to find it was over inflated
I could read the correct pressure on the door label
So I don?t understand why your tyre specialist couldn?t do the same”

“Easy communication, friendly and competitively priced. The technicians are careful and respect your wheels. I have used the company on multiple occasions over the last few years and have never found any unwelcomed marks on the rims after they have performed work. The torque settings are always checked- no need to ask, and you get a safety report on tyre condition and tread wear. Honestly, they are very good and I thoroughly recommend them.”

“Just a great bunch of guys at the Celtic Tyre branch. I turned up at the branch 30 minutes before they were due to closed to get a valve cap removed that had welded itself on. I left with two new tyres to replace two that were just on the legal limit. Your guys went to work and did the work without grumbling. Nice new waiting room and a decent (ish) cup of coffee.”

Since it was taking some time, I did ask after how long the job would be to complete as nothing seemed to be happening to my car. I?d allowed plenty of time for this before a deadline in my day but in the end i only just made it. I was only told the reason for delay after I paid at the end. After a very detailed check he recommended that the front tyres needed changing, however the rear tyres were fine for another year.
