“I had a puncture and went to Jacks in Chapeltown to get it fixed. I was told that they had an appointment but would have a look. They then confirmed that a screw had damaged the tyre and that I needed a new one. However the computer was down so they had to manually check if they had a suitable tyre. They did not have a matching tyre but they did have a Falken ze320at £70. They duly fitted it but could not give me a receipt but they would email one to me. This I am still waiting for and on looking on your website I found that I could have had the tyres fitted for £52. Also I was told that the appointment had cancelled so that I actually did them a favour.”

Needed 2 new tyres after a pothole incident and they did a great job getting me back onto the road quickly. They also helped me out with sourcing a second-hand wheel rim locally for my spare and although they didn't have a tyre in stock they fitted it first thing the following day. “The guys at the Chapeltown, Hollow Gate Branch did a tremendous job of fitting x4 new tyres on my Renault Clio. They were also very informative and showed me a few minor issues with my alloy wheels that I was unaware of.

I arrived at my appointment for 9.00 and was driving away at 09.30, was absolutely stunned with how quickly and efficient these guys are.

Customer service from these guys was first rate and they also price matched and beat my online quote.
