“This is the second time I've used them. The first was just before Xmas and my car burst a fuel line. They squeezed the car in and sorted it for me so I could travel home to be with family.
This time was a simple MOT, but booked last minute. Very accommodating and let me drop the car in and pick it up, when convenient for me.”

“I visited with punctured spare. It turned out I needed a new one and asked for a quote to replace. The price quoted was net of VAT which was unfair as I was comparing to Black Circles price on my phone (and would have booked fitting at Protyre) but the fact that the price was net of VA was not made clear to me. The price quoted seemed OK compared to online price but I was not expecting prices to be quoted net of VAT to a private customer so felt I had been deliberately misled i order for me to book the business directly. As a result I will not be using this fitting centre again.”

“I was annoyed to be charged £39.50 for an MOT when your online website advertised it as £35 – that is why I chose your company. The chap behind the counter said that if I had booked online then I would have received a voucher. As it was, I had telephoned a week or so earlier to ask a few questions and on the basis of the answers booked an appointment then. At no time was this premium for telephone bookings mentioned – £35 was the advertised price. Frankly I feel cheated and in my opinion you are misleading customers.”

“The mwn at the garage were very welcoming. They did not keep me waiting. I had two tyres replaced which they had ordered for me the day before their fittting. I was a few minutes late due to the traffic. They also put air in the frot two tyres and checked my oil. All your employees were very friendly”

“The guys supplied tyres for my motorbike, after I suffered a puncture in my rear tyre. They fitted the front tyre to the bike for me and double checked that I had fitted the rear wheel correctly. Service was prompt and friendly.”

I emailed him asking for it and I am still yet to receive it so that has dissapointed me especially after I have personally emailed him asking for it.”
