“Was dropped outside by a tow truck at 7am in the morning after getting a blow out. needed to see if they had a tyre in stock for my car otherwise I was going to be dropped at the dealership. the guy working there had to think about it but in the end went and checked and confirmed he had one in stock so i was dropped there to wait for the site to open. saved a massive ball ache so very appreciative.”

“I was welcomed at reception, they took my car through and inspected the tyre, unfortunately the screw in the tyre had entered at an angle at the corner of the wall and was beyond repair.

They offered advice on a number of different tyrs ranging from budget to premium, I took the premium due to the milage I do.

“Popped in whilst passing to ask about a tyre for my Mini Clubman. It?s a run flat. The chap looked me up on the system and said the tyre will be ordered and come in when you can. Went back two days later, straight into bay and tyre was done and I left after about 30 minutes . Brilliant .”

“Finally bit the bullet and changed from my normal manufacturer of tyre choice for my Honda Goldwing. As you might imagine, the weight and Torque of the machine place distinct demands on this choice.
My visit to the NEC and the various tyre manufacturer stands led me to consider only a few options. On approaching Pro-Tyre, my own hunch for selection was confirmed and I decided to agree to a fitting of both.
Superb and attentive service, keeping me informed of progress along the way and providing exacting advice.
The quality of workmanship from the designated fitter was exemplary and i will have no hesitation in going to Pro-Tyre in the future as well as to recommend the facility to my Associates and students.
As to my new tyres – they have totally transformed the handling and comfort of the bike – not just so that I notice it whilst riding but it can be seen by others in the way that the machine corners smoothly and remains stable on difficult surfaces. – Brilliant!”

Having arrived to a near empty garage, our tyre replacement was started but with the arrival of several other customers, we ended up waiting 50 minutes for our job to be completed, and only after asking three or four times.”

They had two tyres in stock and gave me a good price for fitting them there and then as they could see I might be in trouble.
