On one occasion while fitting tyres a broken suspension spring was brought to my attention solving the reason for an occasional unusual noise from the front of the car. The last visit to Protyre was to have my car MOT tested. I booked it via the website. It was done on time and assistance was given with one of the indicator bulbs that was still operating but a little below par.”

“Booked in for an m.o.t to be told that I needed a new pump due to an ABS light coming on and was told that they couldnt do the work and Vauxhall would need to do it minimum was £1500,since then I have had the required work done and was nothing to do with a pump and has passed the m.o.t for a fraction of the price I was told!!”

“Although the tyres I ordered didn?t turn up, which was pretty poor to be fair as they were happy to take my money even though actually there were none in the warehouse and didn?t apologise, the team sorted out alternatives for me so that they could be fitted that day. I would suggest dropping the provider of the tyres as you said this was not the first time it had happened.”
