The gentleman who dealt with me, was obviously very busy, but this did not stop him from providing me with his time and attention. The tyres were fitted within a reasonable time and although the tracking was not done upon my return, this was so it could be explained to me the possible problem with wheel swapping due to a fitted tyre pressure system. The tyre recommended was the same as before and the price was fair.

“Your website and booking facility is good, and staff all seem pleasant enough, but having to wait almost 2 hours to fit 2 tyres, when you knew I was coming, is ridiculous (I'm in and out again, well within half an hour when I've dropped into other garages without an appointment).”

“The guy at the front desk was friendly, however Another member of staff (who checked the tyres) was somewhat miserable. Furthermore, I was quoted a price for the tyre ?fitted?, before I went ahead with it (assuming that would be the total amount to pay) only to be given a different price afterwards. This total price had add ons of disposal and balancing- this needs to be made clearer beforehand. Don?t give customers a price for ?tyres fitted? when that cost doesn?t include other things associated with fitting a tyre. Just gives us the total cost with extras upfront before we agree to go ahead with the work.”
