“My car was in for mot December 30th , passed MOT although needed headlight bulb which I had agreed to .
Car returned for service January 23 rd left with you. I got a phone call to say shock absorbers leaking and needed attention . I agreed on phone to have this done although I not happy about this .
My question is why wasn?t this picked up on December 30 th when car in for Mot .?
I?ve used Protyre on many occasions and been relatively happy with everything but this visit I not so pleased”

“Do not tell the customer there is only two cars in front of you that will be gone in about 10 minutes and then leave you waiting 1hr 30 min to do the work. The car was moved into the bay after 1 hr and then left jacked up for 30 minutes with nothing happening. Needing to ask them to get on with it when there were so many staff around should have not been necessary.”

“I have used Protyre at Poole for a number of years now, and find them courteous. I was a little disappointed this time, as, I was told that my service and MOT would be finished about 3 pm, and that they would ring me. I rang them at 4.30 and they were still working on my vehicle, albeit, it had been with them since 9.30. I did collect it at 5 pm, but then obviously got caught up in the commuter traffic. I think, that, because I left my credible with them, priority was given to those sitting in the waiting room.”

“In a few words if you don't have enough staff don't take the work on! had my car for 5 days only to have brakes done and bits and pieces too busy to answer the phone and too busy to ring and update you and too busy to get the job done properly.
Felt really sorry for the staff as running around like headless chickens doing a thank less job.”

“Simple way to improve when i recently came in for a service and MoT the man behind the counter said it will me an hour for the M O T and a hour for the service, that is good i thought so came back at 1 45 to see my car sat outside that is good i thought finished early. When i asked if it was finished the man replyed no it has not been in for the service yet, i said to him why tell me to come back in 2 hours? So had to sit and wait not over happy!”
