“I took my car in for two front tyres and tracking. After doing the work and charging me for both I found the tracking hadn't been done. I took the car back and your team apologised and had another go this time giving me the printout result. The tracking is still not right and still pulls to the right. Also one of my locking nuts was torn right off by presumably too much tension in the hydrolic gun. This now means I can't get the tire off if I get a puncture and I need to sort out. Not a happy customer hence 1 star and won't be using again.”

Staff did not apppear to be in a hurry, after 2 hours being in the garage, for one tyre and the tracking done. I demanded the car back, your staff did however acknowledge my wait and said that i was charged only for half the tracking cost for the inconvience.
Will not be returning in a hurry , after only using bells for at least the last 10 years.”

“I have had a very disatisfying service, my car was MOT I was not fully informed about the work that was going to be carried out on my vehicle. I was not given the full information and have been left with what I would call sub standard repairs and heavy duty tape on my car. I will not be using this service again and will be seeking a second opinion and advice from trading standards. A terrible shame, I have used this garage over 5 years.”
