“I have rated "good" because the tyres were quicly ordered from your "Stafford Tyres Tyres" branch in the morning and fitted without delay when I returned in the afternoon. However I am concerned that on departing the office I asked the fitter what psi he had inflated the two rear tyres to and he answered "33"; the recommended pressure for this tyre and vehicle is 29. I did not comment and proceeded to a local garage to adjust the pressures and discovered that the nearside tyre was at 34 and the offside at 31. I don't think I need to expand on this dangerous situation. I notify you not to have a moan but to avoid a possible tradgedy.”

“Call in with a screw in my tire. Unfortunately the location of the screw meant the tire couldn't be repaired but they had a new tired in stock and it was fitted while I waited and I drove away one happy customer!.”
