“My daughters at was booked in for an MOT on Thursday 20/2/2020. It was booked in for 8.30am. I was told they do not do Mot?s on site at the moment and that it would be taken to a nearby garage. I could have done this myself had I been told! Then, when I finally do get a phone call to say the car passed humour needed two new tyres at a cost of £224.75 that it would be ready in 45 minutes to collect. I waited one and a half hours in the office for it to be ready – having already given them one hour from the phone call.
I read the MOT certificate and it mentioned that one tyre might need replacing – it was an advisory not a necessity! No idea why they replaced the 2nd tyre!
I am very angry with your company for ripping me off and I will not be using them again.”

As a female customer, I am treated with respect and always feel comfortable with the advice given, rather than being talked down to as someone with no knowledge. I appreciate this fact as I have had negative reactions at other companies and have had a different level of service compared to male customers attending at the same time as myself. “I arrived at the correct day and time for my appointment to be told the tyres had not been delivered. This was not a major problem. I returned the next day and my tyres were fitted very quickly. However your computer was not working and they could not print my receipt and said they would email to me. I chased this up by phone a few days ago but still have not received my receipt for the work!”
