“After a few issues booking my car in through website and call centre I finally got to take my car to Bristol Street in Birmingham. The service from front desk Brandon to service manager Steve and me Janice Andy was excellent, they kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car, after the initial experience with booking I was going to cancel my service agreement, after dealing with all the staff there I will keep & book direct.”

“my car was collected from my home address at a time that we had arranged with garage and was delivered back to me the same day..they had carried out the repair and the full mot and service and also had valeted the car and washed it to the highest standard i was extremly please on how brand new it looked when it was returned…the communication by telephone to arrange collection and delivery back to me was first class”
