“Repeatedly fail to answer phone calls. Kept car for 3 days only carried out a software update. Parts required to repair failed to arrive as promised. Booked in again 4 weeks later (as car needed servicing) and car to be collected from my place of work. Failed to collect or make contact. Took half a day to get them to respond and they said they did not collect because parts had still not arrived (but didn't bother to notify me). Appalling.”
