“Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Asked for two tyres to be fitted to front of my car. Car was taken in straight away and job was started however it was over an hour before it was finished. Looked like fitter started job then left the car and was working on other jobs in between. I was disappointed it took so long.”

“Used your company for years and will continue to do so. On this occasion Europarts delivered the wrong track rod ends twice over a four hour period. This is a major inefficiency as they are stationed 200 yards up the road. Go back to TMS they are never a problem (experienced). Make sure you tell Robert about this ,because David Heckles never complains.”

“Orders two tyres online for next day fitting. Work started on the car at the right time and was completed within an hour. Reasonable price compared to other fitting companies.
Some kind of degreaser? left around both wheel trims?
Should have a free coffee/tea machine.
Not the friendliest of staff but are tyre fitters ever that friendly?
Would use again but would depend on who is cheapest.”

The strengths and weaknesses of various tyres explained in detail irrespective of whether the tyres are cheap and cheerful or bordering on F1 standard to facilitate customer choice.

“Good price. I used the Protyre website and also rang. Website was £10 per tyre cheaper and I found a promo code to get another £10 off.
Only problem was that the website gives you a choice of appointment times but that made no difference at all. Still had to wait over an hour and that was on a midweek afternoon.”
