I was offered a choice of three different makes. I chose and had my new tyres fitted at 9.00 am the following day. Great service.”

only thing a bit concerned about is that gates tyres and denton holme tyres are now the same organisation and this is not very clear and therefore was a bit spoked when told they had done the other tyres on the vehicle 3 months ago when I thought the two organisations were independent”

“I would certainly use the firm again – their service is excellent, quick and thorough. From my arrival to leaving was about quarter of an hour. I was advised to bring the car back to check the wheel nuts after some forty miles. When I did, I was seen immediately and the check was done in about five minutes.”

“Came in today as I was in dumfries. I usually use Sheffield street depot in carlisle but as I was in dumfries , I thought I'd get a tyre fitted.
For just one tyre , I was in the place for an hour. Even though I was told it would be a 20 minute wait , it wasn't.
Granted it was busy but I felt the service was very slow.”

“Operation could be faster, workers just standing talking / and workers just walking round trying to look busy while there was customers vehicles waiting, however once they started changing tyres, they was quick, and could tell the guy knew what he was doing! Management wise, too direct, not quite welcoming to speak to.”

Only thing which would say was my wheel trim wasn't put back on tightly enough as on my way home it came off & unfortunately I was unable to find it when I back tracked :/ so I now need to buy a new one”
