“I had this car from Sandiciffe in Nottingham in Deb this year and it had faults on it in first few weeks, it took 6 weeks before i could get it in for repair, picked it up 7 days later and they extend the warrant on the car in which i was pleased. the car came up with the same fault 22 day later, this time I took it into Loughborough because that's my home town and right from the start i was pleased with the out come from the service dept.”

“I turned up to this garage unannounced as my van had all lights, bells and whistles on the dashboard! They found the problem straight away and after about 1 hr my van was fixed and they only charged me for the part. I can't thank them enough!”

“Appalling. Couldnt even put a tyre on properly.Caused me a great deal of stress and an accident when a tyre came off two weeks after having it replaced. Terrible job. Mechanic mustve been high.
Didnt resolve the issues my car developed. I ended up having to sell my car.”
