“I am always pleased with the service from Elmbridge. However, I was called on my mobile after I dropped my car off to say that the tracking was "way off" and really needed doing before my new tyres were fitted. I was surprised, as the tyre wear was perfect across my old tyres and there were no symptoms with the steering wheel position or "pulling" to suggest otherwise. I was not informed of the price to adjust the tracking, just that they offered a "Free tracking check as it's up on the ramps anyway". I am just hoping that this was the case, and that I didn't pay £25.00 for nothing. I looked online afterwards to find out that I should have been given a "before" and "after" printout showing the adjustments made. I was not given this paperwork.”

“I had to wait for quite a while for a delivery that was being made. I appreciate that this is not the normal behaviour as have used them in the past without issue. Also the price I was initially quoted was about 40% higher for the same tyres I purchased 6 months earlier. Final price was more in line with what I wanted but I was a little worried by the difference in prices and had I paid that price I would not be using again. Got a good price in the end though so all good. Also they over inflated the tyres and so set the tyre sensor off and had to deflate them myself the next day.”
