“Positives:- short staffed (4 instead of full compliment of 6), but very hard working, and they fitted me in. Staff pleasant enough, in spite of being under pressure.
Negatives:- Booking made for 10.am by phone, upon arrival, it had been changed to 1.0pm. Waiting room is spartan, uncomfortable chairs, no reading matter or sanitiser. Toilet disgusting – no soap, only a few sheets of toilet paper, no paper towels. Some improvement needed.”
