“Whilst in for a service my vehicle was stuck on a faulty hoist. When I was informed of this I was asked by a customer service rep what I wanted to do as they could not get an engineer to free the hoist quickly. I made 3 attempts at asking what he would do to help and when none was forthcoming I had to walk home (6.5 hour walk in +30c). They then rang my wife to LIE to her that they had offered me a lift. Awful service. Suffered blisters, sunburn,”

“I walked in off the street saying I needed my tyres checked and replaced if necessary before MOT. They smiled, did it straightaway. Checked and amended tracking. Told me I might consider replacing brake shoes before MOT. Gave me a reasonable price and offered to do them, but didn't squawk when I said I'd take the car back to my own mechanic. I have been using Bathwicks for years, trust them, and will happily return when I need them again. – Last year I had gone to them prior to MOT asking them to check brakes, and they COULD so easily have sold me new tyres, BUT they didn't, saying there was another few miles left in all of them, which shows their real integrity.”
