“Awful customer service, majority of the staff are rude and do not care for you, I wouldnt recommend you spend any money with this garage, I have complained and they still will not resolve this. Dont be a fool and ignore this message, you will have nothing but problems and no way to resolve them.
Volkswagen wont take ownership of the complaint as it is a franchise, be careful.”
