My wife was most impressed with the time the staff gave her finding a puncture and were most courteous. Later the same week I brought in my eighty five year old father in law (Mr Stratton) and again we were very pleased and grateful for the prompt and courteous service! “I booked an appointment and was told the three tyres and tracking would take an hour to complete. I was still waiting 1hr 45 mins later. This is certainly not acceptable when you book an appointment. The service is very slow. I had used the services of Bathwick for years but since it?s changed I will be taking my business elsewhere. My father also walked out because he was waiting for over an hour for 1 tyre to be fitted. There is a lot of people in the town who have made comments about how slow the service is and expensive. Local garages are charging less.”

“They were responsive and polite. They advised re the state of my tyres and gave me time to think about it and the price. When I returned to have the tyre fitted they were prompt and the fitter took a personal interest in checking everything had been finished correctly.”
