“Very poor service. I attended as a result of a nail in my tyre. I was told to park my vehicle around the rear of the premises and it would be seen to in 15 minutes. After 45 I asked what was happening as other customers who had arrived after me were being served. Eventually I was told I was next, when the member of staff went to get my vehicle It was blocked in by a delivery and he would not ask it to move causing further delays. Eventually I was attended to but the person dealing with me , kept moving to other jobs , such as moving vehicles for colleagues. The whole experience took an hour and 45minutes.”
