“I had a couple tyres fitted to my Harley motorbike at the Fareham branch of Protyre in April 17, and the service I recieved from front desk to workshop was fabulous, I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitude from the staff, together with great prices it was an all round good result "thanks guys"

“Great service. I went to get one tyre replaced which had damage and whilst there I asked for the other three to be checked. There was no salesman response of trying to get more money out of me to replace any of the three. I had a good honest answer that they were fine. I trust their word and know I'm not going to get ripped off.”

Could do with a drinking water facility for customers and staff as it was a very hot waiting room.”

“By not ripping off customers who have a genuine emergency, such as a 1inch long bolt in a tyre and no spare. Manufacturers are just as responsible, saving a few pounds by not providing a spare . Turns out I paid almost double for two tyres because I was a walk in rather than ordering online.”

“They sent me a reminder letter, which just happened to coincide with my front tyres being on the legal limit.
Offered a discount, but I still thought it was quite expensive.
Called in at 08:00 and was first job. Quick and efficient.
They recommended that I should have my tracking adjusted. Did this a few days later. Again, fast and efficient…but a bit dear.
