“Used this garage twice for repairs both times wrong parts were ordered resulting in long delays.Had a health check done a few weeks ago ,but the spare wheel was not checked,had a puncture on rear wheel,couldn't release spare wheel because it had different security wheel nut,so I was stuck.managed to cut wheel nut off the next day only to find spare wheel was also punctured.When I discovered first puncture I had to drive nine mi!es home , pumping”

“My Nissan Micra broke down coming off the cross-channel ferry at Portsmouth. I asked for it to be taken to the Nissan garage in Southampton near my family's home. West Way Nissan were extremely helpful and, although they had a heavy workload, within 2 days they diagnosed the fault and replaced the starter motor in time for me to travel back to France on my scheduled sailing. Many thanks to the service counter staff and technicians.”
