“My Nissan Micra broke down coming off the cross-channel ferry at Portsmouth. I asked for it to be taken to the Nissan garage in Southampton near my family's home. West Way Nissan were extremely helpful and, although they had a heavy workload, within 2 days they diagnosed the fault and replaced the starter motor in time for me to travel back to France on my scheduled sailing. Many thanks to the service counter staff and technicians.”

“For selling and fitting tyres to your car, the company are good. However, the cmpany is merely average for wheel alignment and suspension geometry.
The vehicle MOT service is poor and the customer service for dealing with complaints is non existant.
They don?t even bother to respond to complaints.”
