“A great help from Brayleys (it's no longer Lookers, by the way) is their car collection and drop off facility. I booked my car in for its 10 year service and MOT whilst abroad, the car was picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon (shiny clean inside and out) by the same person as last year. I like that continuity and committment to service.”

There has been no response for 4 weeks inspite of raising a complaint with the dealer as well as with Ford customer care. Truly disappointing and dishonest service”
