“My first time using this company and very pleased. It was a clean well run centre with courteous staff.
They were very attentive and advised me on the correct and best tyres. I was pleased that they have me the costs upfront.
There was a nice warm customer waiting area with vending machines for snacks and hot drinks and a television you could actually hear!
I waited for quite a while as the work was done but did expect this as I had 3 tyres fitted, 4 wheels balanced and my tracking set up correctly.
Would I use them again…..definitely.”

“Damian and his team were very helpful and did everything I asked for.
Damian checked my 14 yr old Renault Megane 2lr auto details, he found the correct spark plugs, as I converted to LPG 8 years ago, and no other garage has put the correct plugs in during 7 previous services. He tried 5 different sets of brake pads until he got them right. I gave him a long list of things I wanted done to bring my car back to somewhere near what it was when I bought it new (brakes, tyres all round, Gold service, MOT, replaced steering rack and ball joints.
He and his team completed all of the jobs in a day.
I would recommend their garage to anyone while Damian is manager.”

“My husband had a nasty incident on the M20 on the 28th which resulted in a hole in his tyre AND his wheel rim rendering it useless! As he had no spare the AA got him home and we embarked on a trek to find a 2nd hand wheel and a spare! Whilst doing this we enquired at the Protyre Sittingbourne branch of Pro-tyre about replacements and they quoted us a price for 4 wheels and tyres. After going to the dealership and being horrified at the cost of just 2 wheels without tyres we went back to protyre and had the 4 wheels and tyres! The guys could not have been more helpful. We can't thank them enough as without them he would not have been back on the road that same day! They were courteous and knowledgeable with a sense of humour!”

“I cannot praise Damien the Protyre Sittingbourne Protye Manager enough for his personnel attention to my recent purchase of a full set of new tyres for my Citroen C4, His advice on tyre selection was just perfect for my needs and when they were fitted he completed a much required computer wheel balancing followed by a complete computer wheel alignment check of which required necessary adjustments.
A superb job was carried out by the Protyre team in a workshop that was so clean and tidy I complemented The Manager Damien on my opinion of the workshop.. Great experience, I will definatly recommend Protyre to my friends.
