“Greenacre staff are always pleasant, polite and helpful, they make us feel valued and we trust them completely. We wouldn't buy car from anyone else. We have spoken with them and visited several times over the last year for services and mots for both our Greenacre Hondas. Every interaction is positive and helpful.”

“Too slow to answer phone calls after numerous unanswered calls. Car dropped off at 9am no calls on status till I ranget at 4.30pm. That's my biggest issue. Although I also think advisor wasn't technically qualified but I am a professional truck engineer.”

“I have been having a problem for a long time with the front parking sensors. They activate when it is raining, even though there is no obstruction in the vicinity. It has been reported at every service for some time but no fault can be found.”

“Came to you for a warranty issue which needed a part not in stock I asked for a courtesy car but you did not have one. The car was kept overnight and finished in the morning. I am very happy with the work done left very clean inside and out. Thanks Brian.”
