“Big shout out to all at Selecta Tyre RUGBY, my daughter hit a pothole and burst her tyre, they managed to squeeze me in unannounced during the snow and staffing issues due to the roads and fit a new tyre, do a winter service check on the car and see me on my way all within 40 minutes.

“The reception area was in a state of panic both times that I visited last week. A far cry from previous visits. The technician was not in control. I purchased top of the range Michelin saver plus tyres and the red dot is in the wrong place requiring a lot of balancing weights.”

“Had to return with low tyre pressure on rear nearside, 27psi should be34psi. Also I asked for same tyres as on the front Mitchelin Latitude new tyres had sport written on them and a different code, should have been informed, when questioned he said a newer model. Not impressed.”

“The service I received was first class, the tyres were obtained specially for that vehicle and I was informed as soon as they were available. Fitting and balancing was carried out quickly and effectively. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and hot drinks were available.”

“Mot was fine and the puncture repair.
Felt the price of a single coil part was over egged at triple the price from Europarts, this alone will deter me from using repair services in the future.
A point to note I have no complaint on the job or the labour just the part charge.”

“I have used TW Tyres (Protyre) for many years because of their excellent service and knowledge about car tyres. The prices are competitive and their fitters know what they are doing. I have also used them to setup my toe-in on my sports car and they have always been most helpful.”
