“I first visited Protyre with a slow puncture. Whilst they repaired my Tyre one of the workers reminded me of when my next MoT is due. I thought that was an excellent touch. Now I?ve Just had my MoT done with them and had absolutely no issues with their approach. Straight forward, no nonsense Mechanics. Not cheap, but quality never is. A mechanic even came outside and advised me of a few minor issues to keep an eye on and a few tweaks he?d done whilst working on her. Professional and polite group of guys all round 10/10”

“I used Pro Tyre for the first time this month for my card first MOT. Their website was easy to navigate around and book an appointment. I was seen on time and the appointment didn't over run. I was told by my vehicles manufacturer that a slight dent in my number plate would fail my MOT (which was absolutely ridiculous). Pro Tyre didn't find this to be a issue. The only issue they found was to do with my tyre which they replaced for me there and then, very quickly. Overall very impressed with the service, not to mention the great price!”

“As always Pro Tyre on Cambridge Road, Protyre Enfield, great bunch of guys. I was in a pickle with a tyre only couple of months old, had a metal piercing bolt stuck in their. I don't like repairs, so they ordered me a new tyre in good time. Always recommend them to friends and colleagues.”

“I had attempted to get my tyre fixed at kwik fit the day before but was told there was over an hours wait.
I googled for an alternative and found these guys close to my work. Purchased the tyre online, only took a minute or two. (It was also cheaper than any other similar company I had found)
When I arrived at the place everyone was really friendly and helpful. They changed my tyre there and then and I was out in 10 minutes.
Also had a nice large reception to wait in if it had been any longer.
Really happy would definitely go back.”

“Organisation and admin was haphazard. Wasn't booked in properly for the replacement tyres on my bike and had to fill out my own job card; not the only one, others were in same situation.
Motorcycle technician Dan saved the day by keeping calm and getting the job done efficiently. All the staff were friendly and polite but there is a training issue as organisationally the experience was poor.
On a general issue, this request for feedback refers to me as Smith. I think this is very discourteous, as far as you're concerned my name is Robin or Mr Smith.”
