He collected my car, having to jumpstart it first as it had been SORN for 4 years.
Took it through the MOT, got it going and washed 4 years of dust off it!

“Whilst visiting London for a couple of days from Plymouth I realised my MOT had expired.I called this garage on a Tuesday morning and explained my situation as I was due to travel home the following day.No problem drop your car off first thing in the morning was the reply .Dropped my car off got a phone call an hour later all done sir.Absolutely great service from these people.If your not from London and have car problems ring this garage.”

“Generally not had bad experience however when I booked my car in for timing chain repair it was under warranty however on day of the booked repair the car miraculously wasn't covered by warrenty . This was little suspect as found out from hyundai UK that rockar Stratford had missold car telling me it had 5 year warrenty when actually only had 4 and a half left. As I have been a key worker throughout this pandemic and rely heavily on the car I am”

“Used the dealer on many occasions for work however as a key worker throughout this pandemic I feel cheated by rockar hyundai for falsifying how long was left on the warrenty also when I booked car in for timing chain work it was under warrenty but when took car in for work miraculasly no longer under warrenty feel cheated and mislead at present I will not be using again anytime soon”

“Went in for final service included with vehicle purchase with Renault. Failed to attach under tray and secure air filter cover – despite a safety check meant to have been completed prior to handing the vehicle back. Didn't inform how long the service would be (4hrs) when I said I would sit and wait. Took nearly two hours (including supposed valeting) from technician saying they were just topping up the oil and would be about twenty minutes.”

“When I purchased Hyundai i40 here I had a pacific problem regarding the car where non Hyundai parts had been fitted by themselves and were faulty.on three occasions I had to return the car and on not one of these occasions did they attempt to fix it, my complaint was not even responded too”
