“An absolute breeze dealing with the staff at this branch. Easy to book appointment on the app. Good follow up from Customer Services department when I had a query. Harvey friendly and professional on dropping the car off in the morning, excellent communication with the video progress email from Tom Mulligan and then a lovely lady on reception (sorry didn't get name!) on collecting the car when ready. Excellent service all round!”

“Appalling. Couldnt even put a tyre on properly.Caused me a great deal of stress and an accident when a tyre came off two weeks after having it replaced. Terrible job. Mechanic mustve been high.
Didnt resolve the issues my car developed. I ended up having to sell my car.”

“Use this garage regular but unfortunately they are often fully booked and very busy which in turn means fitting 2 tires takes at least an hour. All in all happy with the service but takes a time to get the job done.”
