“Car with dealer all day for software upgrade which was either not done or incorrect as there was no upgrade. Garage said it was done, it wasn't and Renault have confirmed it wasn't.”

“The coolant level was too low so they kept it in overnight to do a pressure test, it turned out that when a new radiator had been fitted after an accident the system had not been bled properly. They sorted it out for me and did not charge any extra on top”
