“An absolute breeze dealing with the staff at this branch. Easy to book appointment on the app. Good follow up from Customer Services department when I had a query. Harvey friendly and professional on dropping the car off in the morning, excellent communication with the video progress email from Tom Mulligan and then a lovely lady on reception (sorry didn't get name!) on collecting the car when ready. Excellent service all round!”

“Appalling. Couldnt even put a tyre on properly.Caused me a great deal of stress and an accident when a tyre came off two weeks after having it replaced. Terrible job. Mechanic mustve been high.
Didnt resolve the issues my car developed. I ended up having to sell my car.”

“My Honda Jazz was recalled by manufacturer for replacement airbag . I also explained that boot lid wouldn't open . Garage replaced boot lid lock ,carried out complete diagnostic check and replaced front brake pads at no cost to myself under 12 months used car warranty. Picked up and dropped off at my home also full valet. Excellent service”

“Everyone here worked flat out to fix an emissions problem on a 30 year old CRX VTEC car. All the technicians engaged in trying to find the cause of the problem. All staff were very helpful and informative in the process and resulting in a very economical solution for such a classic car. The fault was traced plus a free health check. Excellent effort all round”
