“I had to wait while 3 of your fitters were talking for at least 20 mins. Not sure if they were on tea break but they should have had a tea break at different times. This is the first time this as ever happened. Disapointed of the service.”

“Called in for a replacement tyre to be fitted and had the oil checked ready for a long journey. Lucky I did as the car really needed some oil! All staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and professional even though the depot was incredibly busy.”
