“Friendly and knowledgeable staff dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently. Even took the trouble to explain the severity of the problem by showing me the worn tyre and explaining that signs of similar severe cracking were noted on the other tyres and also needed to be replaced. As the car only does low mileage, I was given a choice of 2 makes of tyre; one being slightly more expensive. I chose the more expensive tyres but I must emphasise that no pressure was applied to buy the more expensive tyres.

“Called in to ask them to check the tyres on my 4×4. Agreed all needed replacing.
Member of staff (manager) spent a considerable amount of time looking up prices, comparing quality and checking availability.
Because if wear on existing tyres also suggested tracking check.
Agreed on a mid range tyre which would be in the following morning.
Dropped vehicle off, tyres were there, advised it would take about an hour, but complete in about 40 mins.
Have usd this company several times, including just to mend a trailer tyre, and always found the service second to none.”

“We popped in on the recommendation of our son in law because one of our car tyres had a slow leak. Turned out to be a screw embedded in the tyre close to the edge which needed to be replaced, and was.

The shop had the same tyre as those on our 2 year old Mazda, and at a reasonable price. The job was done there and then with minimal waiting.

While waiting, we asked for some advice about leaving the car in storage for about 4 to 6 months and how we should handle the tyres. The two people in reception were very knowledgeable and told us exactly how to take care of our tyres.”
