“I had my vehicle motd recently in April with no advisory on a replacement of any breaks front, back or disc pads and took my vehicle in yesterday to check a rattle. called and advised breaks, discs and pads needed replacement front and back and quoted £600 ex VAT – as Ive been a loyal client for years I totally trusted advice. I feel I have been massively overcharged as discovered I could have this done £340! Feel Ive been ripped off! Unhappy”
