“I had to get a replacement heat shield for my car after the old one fell off. The booking process was simple and quick. I was called after a couple of hours and it was explained that the part ordered was incorrect (partly my fault) and that it could cost a few hundred pounds to do the extra work. Kevin was very helpful and asked me to come in so we could talk about what was needed and options and when I got there he was so helpful and honest in explaining what was needed and what was done and h”
