“My anticipated wait time was given as an hour, final wait time was nearly 2 hours. my gripe is that "car washed and vacuumed" was not carried out at all and even documents this on invoice, would have gone back to moan but already waited longer than told.”

“Took my car in for servcie and MOT, I had previously been told by my dealer that the next servcie would need my brake discs and pads changing, so asked them to check it and replace if needed.

They Serviced and MOT my car, all it needed was new break pads, discs were all fine, they could of ripped me off, but this garage does what is needed, not try and make money out of you.
