“I did not have to wait long before work started on my car. While the work was in progress, I was shown to a warm reception area with free tea and coffee. I suspected my steering and tracking would need attention as the puncture was caused by running over a deep pothole, and this was confirmed by the technician working on my car. Once decided choice of days and times available so could book to go in to Stafford Tyres branch at a time convenient to me.,Wick and easy to complete purchase. On arrival the next day I was dealt with immediately and within half an hour had 2 new tyres. Receipt issued and U was in my way.”

“I requested that my offside rear wheel and tyre to be used as the spare, which is where it has spent the last 7years, and the wheel in the boot should have a new tyre and be put on the nearside rear of my vehicle. This wasn't done, and the fitter replaced the tyre that had only done less than a thousand miles, and didn't touch the one in the boot!”

“Stafford Tyres Tyres asked for my email address after my recent purchase of new tyres. I said I would rather not give it as I didn't want any marketing spam. They promised they only needed it "for the warranty" and would not use it for any other reason, so I reluctantly gave it to them. My first marketing spam email arrived from them today, asking me to leave this review.

If you want new tyres and unsolicited spam, I can definitely recommend Stafford Tyres Tyre.”

“I have rated "good" because the tyres were quicly ordered from your "Stafford Tyres Tyres" branch in the morning and fitted without delay when I returned in the afternoon. However I am concerned that on departing the office I asked the fitter what psi he had inflated the two rear tyres to and he answered "33"; the recommended pressure for this tyre and vehicle is 29. I did not comment and proceeded to a local garage to adjust the pressures and discovered that the nearside tyre was at 34 and the offside at 31. I don't think I need to expand on this dangerous situation. I notify you not to have a moan but to avoid a possible tradgedy.”

“On arrival i was greeted with a smile & cn we help you.
I informed them that i had a nail in front left tyre.
They looked at it & said as it is in side of tyre i would need a new tyre.
They directed me to the lounge area & offered me a complimentary coffee.
They advised me of the correct tyre to match up with other side of car & sorted out the appropriate tyre while i sat in the lounge area.
They were fairly busy but new tyre fitted at a good price & also tracking checked as tyres at front of car had a slight wear, found tracking out by 2 mm realigned & i was very pleased that sorted for winter.
I have used them for over 20 years & always very efficient.
Very well done to them for an efficient & very good experience.”
